The Global Engineering Firm

An engineering firm experienced exponential growth and in-turn promoted high-performing individuals. They had not effectively developed their people to scale up their leadership. They sought ThinkWyn’s help to develop leadership capacity and address the silo-mentality that had formed amongst senior leader groups. They wanted help developing their newly promoted mid-level leaders and help addressing the tension and dysfunction emerging amongst their senior leaders.

The Mountain Resort Company

An international resort company wanted to take a more sophisticated approach to their employee experience. Employee engagement was extremely high at the time of hire yet dropped significantly within the first three months post-hire. Employees of all disciplines consistently reported a mismatch between their expectations for the job and the day-to-day realities of their roles. We were engaged by the Human Resources team to imagine new, innovative ways of seeing their employees with the goal of embedding an employee-centric mindset across the organization.

The Telecom Acquisition

A nationwide telecom was preparing for a major acquisition and a key platform’s organizational structure was causing major headaches. For years the platform had failed to deliver value to customers and was also creating divisions within internal, cross-functional teams. Through field research and co-creation with leaders and front-line teams, we re-imagined a sustainable, repeatable, and operationally sound approach to the platform.

The Legal Think Tank

We had the opportunity to work with the Foundations for Practice Team at the Institute for the Advancement of the American Legal System to imagine new ways of advancing their mission. The Foundations team central purpose is to drive transformative, systemic change in the areas of legal education and legal hiring. Foundation’s vision is a more diverse profession that closes the gap between school and career, between credentials and capabilities, and between thinking like a lawyer and becoming one.
